Citizen Metals manufactures Austenitic, Super Austenitic, Duplex and Super Duplex welded stainless steel pipes both from coil and plate. The weld procedures used are TIG, Combination of Plasma and TIG , TIG with filler , TIG and SAW , SAW depending up on the wall thickness of input raw material for Pipe manufacturing.

The welding process is controlled by laser seam tracking equipment to optimize the quality of weld seam. Stainless Steel Welded Pipes above 40″ NB & up to 72″ NB can be manufactured with a combination of longitudinal / circumferential joints.

Stainless Steel Welded Tubes

Citizen Metals is having dedicated facility for manufacturing Stainless Steel Welded Tubes using TIG and LASER Welding.

The manufacturing facility is equipped with the state of art Coil Slitting Line, which plays an important role for manufacturing welded tubes. Citizen Metals is having the latest generation Tube Mills using On-Line Bright Annealing, On-Line Eddy Current Testing, Two Axis Dimension check including ovality resulting into closer dimensional control.

Citizen Metals is also having facility of High Speed Draw Benches for manufacturing Welded and Cold Drawn Tubes in Austenitic and Duplex Stainless Steels in longer length, Off-Line Bright Annealing , Off-Line Eddy Current Testing,Off-Line Ultrasonic Testing etc.
